Andrew Hardin

Chief Executive Officer
Andrew Hardin has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, specializing in behavioral health operations. Formerly, as Senior Vice President/COO of Voyages Behavioral Health, he was responsible for the full development of De Novos, Joint Ventures, and portfolio optimization for the new division. Andrew also held the former role of Division Vice President, Growth and Development, Behavioral Health Division of Kindred Healthcare, and Former Market Chief Executive Officer of Perimeter Healthcare. Andrew is a trained Registered Nurse Executive and U.S. Navy Veteran.
Jason Miller

Dr. Jason Miller has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, specializing in behavioral and family medicine. He is a practicing psychiatrist and family medicine physician, a leader, and the current Chief Medical Officer for Voyages Behavioral Health and Cross Creek Hospital. He holds positions as Residency Training Director and Associate Professor at The University of Incarnate Word and Principal Investigator at Clinical Trials of Texas, Flourish Research. Dr. Jason Miller is the owner of Crosstown Mental Health and a U.S. Air Force Veteran.
Tera Rudloff

Senior Vice President of Operations
Tera Rudloff possesses over 14 years of healthcare industry and operations experience and is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. As a former CEO with Voyages Behavioral Health and Former COO with Perimeter Healthcare, Tera has experience opening and developing hospitals and DPUs. Tera has an extensive background in marketing, national business development, website and graphic design, and program development with additional leadership experience with Acadia, UHS, and Oceans Healthcare.
Steven Bond

Vice President of Clinical and Strategy
Dr. Steven Bond brings over 24 years of leadership experience in behavioral health operations, clinical strategy, and program development. A Licensed Professional Counselor with a PhD in Healthcare Administration, Dr. Bond has held executive roles with Universal Health Services (UHS) and Oceans Behavioral Health, where he led multi-site operations and program growth. His expertise includes developing IOP and PHP programs, optimizing admissions efficiency, and aligning multidisciplinary teams to achieve clinical and operational excellence.
Jeremy Hardy
Vice President of Growth and Development
Jeremy Hardy has been involved in growing companies throughout the country in the behavioral health industry for over 16 years, including Springstone/Lifepoint, Acadia, Oceans and Summit BHC. Additionally, Jeremy has served in a consulting capacity for numerous disciplines within the healthcare industry, as well as being a partner in multiple startups. He brings expertise in corporate development, business development, marketing, advertising, public relations and operations.

Paige Smith is a healthcare strategy and operations executive with deep expertise in behavioral health, hospital growth, business development, and operational leadership. Combining her clinical insight with nearly two decades of experience across leading healthcare organizations, she has built a reputation for driving rapid growth and developing innovative strategies that improve both patient outcomes and financial performance. She has also been featured as a speaker at major healthcare real estate and behavioral health conferences discussing the future of behavioral healthcare infrastructure, operational scaling and the evolving continuum of care.
Kelly Knorr
Vice President of Finance
Kelly Knorr possesses over 25 years of healthcare finance experience. As former Vice President of Finance for Voyages Behavioral Health, Kelly has extensive knowledge of behavioral health finance from start-up, acquisitions, and free-standing hospital and outpatient facilities. Kelly also served as Chief Financial Officer of Acadia and Community Health Systems and spent several years in financial operations at Geisinger Health System.
