Chief Executive Officer
Andrew Hardin possesses over 15 years of healthcare industry experience, specializing in behavioral health operations. Formerly as Senior Vice President/COO of Voyages Behavioral Health, he was responsible for full development of De Novos, Joint Ventures, portfolio optimization for new division. Andrew also held the former role of Division Vice President, Growth and Development, Behavioral Health Division of Kindred Healthcare and Former Market Chief Executive Officer of Perimeter Healthcare. Andrew is a trained Registered Nurse Executive and U.S. Navy Veteran.
Jason Miller, DO

Chief Clinical Officer
Dr. Jason Miller possesses over 30 years of healthcare industry experience, specializing in behavioral and family medicine. He is a practicing psychiatrist and family medicine physician leader and current Chief Medical Officer for Voyages Behavioral Health and Cross Creek Hospital. He holds positions as Residency Training Director and Associate Professor at The University of Incarnate Word and Principal Investigator at Clinical Trials of Texas, Flourish Research. Dr. Jason Miller is the owner of Crosstown Mental Health and a U.S. Air Force Veteran.
Selena Hidalgo, LCSW
Vice President of Administration
Selena Hidalgo possesses over 17 years of industry experience. Selena is a practicing psychotherapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Formerly, Selena was practice administrator and manager of Southtown Psychiatry. Selena has an extensive background in forensic investigations and competency restoration with prison systems, state and for-profit hospitals. Selena is a former government liaison, speech writer, and legislative policy developer.
Tera Rudloff, MBA, MPA, CLSSBB, CDS
Vice President of Operations
Tera Rudloff possesses over 14 years of healthcare industry and operations experience and is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. As a former CEO with Voyages Behavioral Health and Former COO with Perimeter Healthcare, Tera has experience opening and developing hospitals and DPUs. Tera has an extensive background in marketing, national business development, website and graphic design, and program development with additional leadership experience with Acadia, UHS, and Oceans Healthcare.
Kelly Knorr
Vice President of Finance
Kelly Knorr possesses over 25 years of healthcare finance experience. As former Vice President of Finance for Voyages Behavioral Health, Kelly has extensive knowledge of behavioral health finance from start-up, acquisitions, and free-standing hospital and outpatient facilities. Kelly also served as Chief Financial Officer of Acadia and Community Health Systems and spent several years in financial operations at Geisinger Health System.
Jonathan Turton, MBA, FACHE
Strategic Advisor
Jonathan Turton possesses over 30 years of healthcare industry experience. Jonathan formerly served as President of Texas Vista Medical Center, Chief Executive Officer of Broward Health Medical Center (BHMC), Chief Executive Officer of Baptist Medical Center, and Vice President, Clinical Services and Outpatient Services of St. Joseph Health System. Jonathan is a growth catalyst who has launched 10 new programs at multiple facilities over two decades, including oncology, neurosurgery, geriatrics, imaging and maternity/NICU in addition to being a patient safety and quality expert.
